In order to reduce the wear of the
screw barrel of the shoe machine, we have taken corresponding measures in the design and manufacturing process. Through continuous improvement, the design of the screw barrel of the shoe machine can adapt to different, newer and higher requirements. In order to reduce the wear of the screw barrel of the shoe machine, we can take certain measures in the manufacturing process to reduce the wear of the screw barrel of the shoe machine. In order to reduce the production cost of PVC pipes, profiles and aggregates, more and more calcium carbonate is used in the formulation. The wear caused by calcium carbonate is mainly abrasive wear, especially when the amount of additives is large. The content and quality of calcium carbonate have a great influence on the degree of wear.

An unreasonable amount of lubricant in the formulation (excessive amount of external lubricant, such as organic waxes or stearic acid) can slow down the plasticization process and accelerate the wear process. Care should be taken to minimize damage to the equipment. Recycled material processing: For the guided rotating twin screw, the material is conveyed in the axial direction, similar to a pair of calendering rolls (calendering effect). Under the action of upward and outward forces, the screw is pushed onto the barrel, causing wear on the screw and barrel. This is a common phenomenon, but more prominent when machining materials. It can be considered that the above-mentioned force is the main factor affecting the degree of screw wear. The larger the particles, the more severe the wear. When handling recycled material, the particle size of the recycled material should be as small as possible.
Processing of rigid PVC particles: The particle size of the particles is basically the same as that of the recycled particles. The main difference between the two is that the shape and size of the granular material is more uniform than that of the recycled material, and the "hard particle effect" caused by the similar density and geometry is basically the same. Therefore, the particle size of the processed aggregate should be as small as possible. Mix the cleaning agent and cleaning material in proportion, and then pour to the end. Use a brass brush to remove resin deposit residue, or use a burner or similar device to heat resin deposits on screws. After heating for a while, use a waste cotton cloth or a brass brush to remove the sediment from the screws.
The method of cleaning the screw head, stop ring, thrust ring and mixing ring is the same as cleaning the screw body (some machines do not use the mixing ring). In addition, the threads on the screw head and the screw body should be cleaned with a brass brush. After the screws have cooled, use a special polishing tool to clean the stains on the screws. When cleaning, do not scratch the surface of the parts; before installing the screw head, apply a layer of molybdenum disulfide grease or silicone oil evenly on the thread to prevent the thread from being bitten. A coat of this lubricant is sufficient. Excessive use of lubricating oil may contaminate injection molded products. When working with solvents, routine precautions should be taken to avoid skin contact with fumes.
